Teaching hours vs other work
Why Swimvity asks for both, and how they combine.
Teaching hours are the times you'd be happy to teach private lessons. Other work is anything regular that already fills some of those hours: a swim-school shift, a second job, school pick-up.
Swimvity only offers times that are inside your teaching hours and outside your other work, with time to travel between them. If your other work covers all of your teaching hours, the booking page has nothing to offer, and Business setup tells you so.
One-off time off
Use Block time on Today or the calendar for holidays, appointments or anything that isn't every week. Blocked time is never offered.
