Invoices and receipts

From a family's Payments tab, create an invoice from the lessons owed. A draft can be changed; once issued it's numbered and frozen. Download the PDF to send it, or mark it sent if you sent it another way.

Voiding keeps the invoice for your records and frees its lessons. Receipts are available for every payment.

“Tax invoice” only appears when you've said you're registered for GST, that GST applies to your lessons, and added your ABN (Payments → Settings). Swimvity never adds GST automatically. Ask your accountant how GST applies to your lessons.
